Terms of Service

NEXO ROUTE is a software API that delivers one-time passwords (OTPs) and short numeric codes through Vietnamese mobile carriers (Viettel, Vinaphone, Mobifone, Vietnamobile). We operate as a reseller and route your traffic through upstream providers, primarily vienthongtkc.com.

You are buying access to a software API. We do not provide a telecommunications service that requires a licence in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the email account used to sign in and for the API keys you generate. Treat API keys like production passwords.

Everything sent through your account is your responsibility, including actions by anyone you grant access to.

We do not perform KYC. By using NEXO ROUTE you confirm you have the right to use the service in your jurisdiction and that you accept the risk of doing so.

Only send one-time passwords or short numeric codes that the recipient has requested or is reasonably expecting — sign-in verification, two-factor authentication, transaction confirmation, and similar flows.

You must have a lawful basis to send a message or place a call to every phone number you submit. Numbers you submit must have been obtained lawfully.

Do not use NEXO ROUTE for fraud, unauthorised account takeover, social engineering, harassment, defamation, or impersonation.

Do not send marketing, promotional, or transactional content other than numeric codes. The API rejects non-numeric payloads at the edge.

Do not reverse-engineer the service, circumvent rate limits or abuse-detection systems, or scrape data about phone-number owners.

Serious or repeated violations result in account suspension or termination, and any remaining bonus credit may be forfeited.

NEXO ROUTE uses a prepaid wallet. You top up in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BNB or other supported assets) before consuming the service.

The default price is USD 0.022 per delivered OTP. OTPs delivered via Mobifone (SMS only) are priced at USD 0.027 per delivered OTP.

You are charged only for OTPs the upstream carrier reports as delivered. Failed sends do not debit your wallet.

All charges are final once an OTP is delivered. We do not refund consumed credit.

We may change prices with 14 days’ notice by email and dashboard announcement.

Top-up bonuses, free-trial credit, and referral payouts are spend-only. They may be used to pay for OTP deliveries but cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or converted back to cash or cryptocurrency.

Bonus credit does not expire while your account is in good standing.

Referral commission accrues at the published rate (currently 10% for the lifetime of the referred account) on the OTP revenue generated by referred accounts, calculated on the full OTP price regardless of whether the OTP was paid for using cash or bonus credit. Commission accrues at the moment the OTP is reported delivered and is paid monthly to the wallet you nominate.

We may deny commission or revoke bonus credit in cases of fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or abuse of the programme.

NEXO ROUTE is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis. We operate multiple upstream provider routes with automatic failover, but we do not guarantee any specific delivery rate, latency, or uptime unless we have signed a separate written service-level agreement with you.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total fees you paid us in the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if continued service exposes us to legal or financial risk, or if required by law.

You may close your account at any time. Unused real-cash balance is refundable within thirty days of closure, less any fraud-related deductions. Bonus and free credit are not refundable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
